Caliber
Years running staff teams across Minecraft & Discord communities. Now building the ticket tooling I always wished those teams had.
Everything I learned answering tickets on other people's servers, turned into a product.
Structured intake, one shared ticket queue with clear ownership, role-based access, and a full record of what happened, without anyone leaving Discord.

I started building Minecraft servers and Discord communities around fourteen. Since then, over a hundred thousand players have passed through networks, SMPs and communities I've helped run.
Every team taught me something about coordination and making people feel welcome. The biggest lesson was how much support work slips through the cracks, which is exactly why I'm building Zextra.
Community management
Helping players, keeping things professional, enforcing rules and building trust across large communities.
Team leadership
Organizing and training staff teams with clear oversight, without micromanaging.
Support systems
Ticket flows, escalation paths and staff tooling, now shipping as Zextra.
Taking a break from staffing to build Zextra. These are the communities I've helped run.
Caliber is an asset to any team he may be in. He carries himself and his work so well, and he truly does care about the projects he works on. A super dedicated and skilled staff member, manager and owner.
that needs support?
